1. The Paycheck. One of the happiest moments of a young adult's life is their 1st earned paycheck. The majority of our sales reps have received their first job here with Paperboy LLC. Beginning reps usually earn over $150 their 1st week. By their 1st month our reps should earn no less than $250 per week. Working less than 20 hours.
   
   
2. The Atmosphere. Paperboy LLC has created a positive self improvement atmosphere for young individuals. Our goal is to keep our young representatives away from gangs, drugs, alcohol, and negative influences. Our team leaders keep the job fun, social, and productive.
   
   
3. Long Term Incentives. The Paperboy LLC College T-Fund is a highly respected long term incentive that we offer to ALL our sales representatives. Here at our company, education is valuable to all of us. We want all our reps to at least have the opportunity to receive the highest level of education possible to them.
   
   
4. The Reference Letter. Our organization is well respected by a lot of companies and recognized by your city, state, and local universities. We send a reference letter on behalf of every sales rep that has been in our company for over 12 months. This letter is a statement of good standings by the owner of Paperboy LLC, and publisher of the major newspaper that they represent. This reference can help open opportunities for your son/daughter for future employment.
   
   
5. The Training. There are hundreds of individuals that are involved in this company and they all bring forth new positive ideas, marketing experience, and strong communication skills. Our focus is to enhance your son's/daughter's communication skills and marketing knowledge. With lots of training and consistent hard work, we have specialized in creating knowledgeable young individuals.
