PaperBoy LLC College T-Fund

The Paperboy LLC College T-Fund is a highly respected long term incentive that we offer to ALL our sales representatives. Here at our company, education is valuable and we want all our reps to have the opportunity to receive the highest level of education possible. The College T-Fund is available to them their very first day. The way the program works is pretty simple, it requires them to meet 2 simple objectives:

1. Must be a member of Paperboy LLC for 24 consecutive months
    
2. The individual must sell at minimum 1200 paid new subscription sales (that's below minimal production)

These two objectives allow our reps to develop strong work ethic skills and dedication to their job as well as positive attitude. Once they become qualified, sales reps will receive checks payable to the school of their choice in the amounts of $2,000 per semester for tuition and books with a maximum payout of $20,000. To keep qualification, they must continue to be members of Paperboy LLC and maintain minimal production of 300 paid new subscription sales per semester.

This program has given financial opportunity to attend college and has also created a positive self improvement atmosphere for young individuals. Our goal is to keep our young adults away from any negative influences. We understand that young people in all communities, with or without proper guidance, are impressionable to all the negative influences which surround them. This is why our staff does its best to keep a positive atmosphere for everyone.
