Paperboy LLC has created a complete training package for all its recent young sales representatives. Second, we introduce them with a tour of the company. This gives them a chance to meet new people, co-workers and mentors. Thirdly, we communicate the importance of a professional appearance in our company which every member of Paperboy LLC must maintain at every door. Next, is attitude! Our sales reps are trained to develop positive interpersonal skills so they may relate and continue to have respectable attitude towards the community. Our track record for customer complaints speaks for it all. Once our new members have attained and understood these goals, they are ready to take on classroom training. We begin with training materials that include in depth product knowledge of the newspaper they'll be representing. These materials include the newest innovation of Paperboy LLC's sales videos, training booklets, and audio CDs. These steps allow us to understand the interest of the public and bring out the best in our sales team.
